 
Well, Gary Illyes from Google just indicated at SMX Advanced Conference 2017, there are no changes weighing HTTPS as an SEO Ranking Factor. They have yet to make any changes to HTTPS but it doesn’t mean it won’t down the road. As far as ranking factor, there is a very minimal ranking boost to any site.
For now, Google has no plan to make any major changes to HTTPS signal. Google announced HTTPS going to be a ranking factor is August 2014. This announcement increased SSL Certificate business for sure and I think there are good reasons for us to move to HTTPS as it is just a matter of time Google going to turn on the HTTPS switch.
